Job Description If you have the passion and patience to provide excellent support and treatment to children and families, and are looking for a career opportunity, we want to hear from you! we provide in person services in Culver City, Lawndale and South Los Angeles surrounding areas.Title: Behavior TechnicianWage Range: $23-$26 DOE & CredentialsFull Time and Part TimeJob DescriptionProviding direct ABA intervention (across home and school settings)Conducting parent education using the intervention models we have developed for Empowered Behavior SolutionsDeveloping intervention programs and data collection systemsCollecting and reporting behavioral dataCompleting progress notesOrganizing and summarizing behavioral dataWriting progress reportsMaintain HIPAA Compliance and client confidentialityMust drive to clients' homes, community places, schoolsJob QualificationsRBT preferred and/or with AA or BA in Human Services field - preferred - not required.Previous work experience either personally or professionally working with special needs population. Ideal candidates have experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesExcellent time management, verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAcceptable fingerprint clearance through California DOJ and FBITuberculosis clearanceAbility to lift/pull/push items weighing up to 40 poundsAbility to stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, sprint for extended periods of timeMaster-level students welcome as our supervisors are board certified and can provide supervised fieldwork hoursHolds valid and active drivers' license and car insurance and is willing to drive to multiple places where needed by client and familiesEOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
