We believe in doing things the right way-and taking pride in work well done.Join us and help shape the future of American manufacturing.About the Role:The Industrial Maintenance 2 position is a critical role focused on ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of industrial equipment and machinery within a manufacturing or production environment. The primary objective is to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. This role requires diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production goals. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate maintenance records and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Ultimately, this position contributes to operational excellence by enhancing equipment reliability and supporting a safe working environment.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related discipline.Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automated control systems.Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).Knowledge of welding, fabrication, or machining.EPA certification or other relevant safety certifications.Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system malfunctions and execute timely repairs.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement process improvements.Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and parts inventory to ensure efficient workflow and compliance.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing maintenance tasks.Skills:
