Paul Davis Restoration of Western PA is an industry leader in disaster mitigation and reconstruction. We are seeking highly skilled trades to join our team as subcontractors. Immediate opportunities available! The ideal candidates must have liability and comprehensive insurance coverage. Yourself and all of your employees or whomever you would have on our jobsites must be able to pass a background check. Essential duties and responsibilities include performing needed repairs on reconstruction jobs following a schedule as outlined by the Paul Davis Project Manager. Perform assigned repairs in a timely manner. Complete all assigned repairs with the highest quality. Additional requirements include: Contractor's License Valid Drivers License Have your own tools Have reliable transportation Presentable and accountable at all times Excellent customer service Clean background Professional demeanor at all times Quality workmanship Complete work orders correctly, with great quality and on time Able to work in a fast pace environment Able to work independently on jobsites Skills PDR is looking for include: Acoustic Tile Siding (all types) Cabinets (install, build, repair) Carpet and/or upholstery cleaning Ceramic tile Concrete Debris removal Decks Demolition Electrical Fences Finish carpentry Flooring/covering installation (carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood, tile, etc.) Foundations Furniture/cabinet refinish Garage doors Heating & air conditioning Insulation installation (blown in, foam, bat, etc.) Paint (interior & exterior) Masonry Plumbing Punch list carpentry Roofing (asphalt, slate, tile, metal, flat, wood shakes, cedar, etc.) Rough carpentry Sand/refinish floors Sheetrock/drywall Strip & finish structure Post construction cleaning Stucco & plaster Wallpaper Windows Other/etc. Since 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
