Our Standale, MI, Auto Value is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Dispatcher position. Dispatching is a fast past position responsible for the organization and completion of customer orders and deliveries. Job Responsibilities: Scheduling and dispatching of store Delivery Driver Facilitate all inter-store transfer orders to be shipped and received route them to their final destinations, to get them out on schedule Provide Driver support Resolution of Customer concerns and issues Provide information with documentation for invoicing Excellent positive communication skills are a requirement. Need the ability to communicate, orally and written, clearly and professionally. Responsible for that vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed on time and as needed. Cover the Store Counter position when needed Daily Completion of Returns Processing and Store Cycle Counts Skills and Knowledge Required: Strong Computer Skills Highly effective Communication through multiple avenues Handle high-stress situations in a professional manner with a Customer Service Attitude The ability to multi-task, and bring items to completion efficiently Understand how to adapt and anticipating that in a fast-paced environment Strong individual work ethic and team player mentality.
