Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Wilkes-Barre PA. The Sales Director will oversee daily sales operations for 13 franchises broken down into 8 showrooms, set and achieve revenue goals, build and manage a high-performing sales managment team, and develop strategies to drive customer acquisition and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include mentoring managment staff, monitoring market trends, fostering relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance company growth. Collaboration with internal departments and customer-facing responsibilities are integral to this position. Qualifications Proven expertise in Automotive Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue and meet targets efficientlyStrong ability in Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and create long-term client relationshipsExperience in Team Management, including training, mentoring, and fostering high-performing teams and managers ..
