As well as assists with the processing and backup of data collected.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLoading video and data collection equipmentTransporting equipment to traffic study locationsSetting up equipment at traffic study locations, using judgment to decide optimal equipment positioning for data collection purposesRetrieving equipment from traffic study locations and transporting back to office locationsBacking up video dataDownloading data from traffic countersInspecting and cleaning assigned vehicleRepairing data collection equipmentParticipating in daily meetings to discuss work statusTraveling to out of town and/or out of State to perform traffic data collectionPerforming other tasks as assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent lifting of 30-50 lbs.Frequent bending, squatting, standing and walking.Periodic runningFrequent hammering of nails into the groundSitting and driving for long periods of timeAbility to work outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions
