CI Production Manager (Liberty)

Our client is seeking a CI Production Manager with a strong continuous improvement mindset to lead daily manufacturing operations in Liberty, SC, driving efficiency improvements while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targetsChampion a strong culture of safety, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standard workMaintain visible leadership presence on the shop floor and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunitiesPartner with Production Control to plan and execute weekly production schedules aligned with customer demandDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, process stability, throughput, and labor efficiencyApply Lean and Six Sigma tools, including standard work, visual management, root cause analysis, and KPI trackingControl scrap, rework, and delinquencies while managing key manufacturing cost elements such as labor and suppliesSupport new product introductions, process changes, and cross-functional improvement effortsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory or management experienceStrong background in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or industrial engineeringDemonstrated success leading Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiativesExperience leading teams and collaborating across Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and OperationsData-driven, hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and communication skillsComfortable working in an active manufacturing environment with extended shop-floor presenceWhy joinOpportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on shop-floor performanceEnvironment focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountabilityCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), flexible PTO, and paid holidaysStrong professional development and long-term growth opportunities within a stable manufacturing organization
