Product Owner

Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate epics into detailed and actionable user stories Gather, analyze, and document mobile application requirements Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders Support Agile delivery processes and backlog refinement activities Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to resolve issues Ensure product requirements align with business goals and delivery timelines Participate in planning sessions, reviews, and stakeholder discussions Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related field 2–4 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar Agile delivery role Internship experience may be considered Experience breaking down epics into user stories Understanding of information systems and Agile methodologies Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred QualificationsExperience with AHA and Azure DevOps Exposure to mobile application product development Knowledge of highway equipment or heavy equipment industry Experience working with globally distributed teams Required Soft SkillsStrong collaboration and communication skills Ability to manage complex topics across shared responsibilities Self-driven and proactive mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile environment RegardsDurgadurga@cozentech.com
