Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selections, handling transactions, maintaining store displays, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. Candidates will also support inventory management, address customer inquiries, and promote products and services to drive sales.QualificationsCustomer Service and Customer Experience: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support and create positive shopping experiences.Retail Sales and Sales: Experience with retail operations, conducting transactions, and achieving sales targets.Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.Organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to inventory management and store presentation.Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and managing online inventory records.Familiarity with pool products or the swimming pool industry is a plus but not required.
