Job Requirements3-5 years of experience in content marketingProven experience in managing LinkedIn contentStrong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in AI, fintech, or enterprise softwareExperience in event managementInterest in or experience with AI / LLMs and the financial services industryAbility to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narrativesExperience working closely with sales and product teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentBased in New York, full-time with the right to work in the US (no sponsorship available)Experience in product marketing, or performance marketing is a plusJob ResponsibilitiesAs a Content & Marketing Manager based in New York, you will play a key role in building Unique’s presence in the US financial market. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and leadership, shaping our voice and positioning in one of the most important regions.Own and execute the content strategy globally across organic and paid channels, with a strong focus on New YorkContribute to refining Unique’s positioning in the US market, especially around AI, LLMs, and financial services use casesManage and grow the personal LinkedIn presence of our C-suite, including content creation, posting, and storytellingIdentify and develop relevant topics for US audiences such as hedge funds, private equity, investment banking, across blog posts, LinkedIn, and other channelsMonitor competitor activity, industry news, and regulatory developments to inform messaging Act as the bridge between the US and European teams, ensuring alignment on messaging, priorities, and go-to-market strategyCollaborate closely with the US sales team, translating market feedback into targeted marketing initiativesSupport pipeline generation through targeted marketing campaigns for key verticals in the USSupport the organization of events, and conferences in the US including content, logistics, and follow-upsManage relationships with key media outlets and podcast hosts in the financial services space to drive earned coverage and thought leadership placementJob BenefitsCompetitive Salary 💰 $90-120k DOEAdditional guaranteed vacation 🏝️ Enjoy our company-standard 25-day paid vacation policy.
