Light Service Driver

Superior Towing has been in business over 40 years and is looking to add to our amazing team! Our fast paced & rapidly growing business is looking for qualified Roadside Service Technicians. We offer 24-hour towing and light service all across Manatee and Sarasota counties. Experience is preferred, but training is also available. The right candidates must be 23 years old or older with a clean background check and driving record. Please do not apply if you are unable to pass a background check & drug test. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE. Job Description: Run service calls assisting AAA members with their cars. Jump starts, battery replacement, tire changes, gas delivery and other minor fixes to get the vehicle going. Testing vehicles with provided equipment to determine if the vehicle needs a battery and offer to sell one. Or if the vehicle has another issues such as a bad alternator or starter. Diagnosing issues that cannot be fixed on location and setting up a tow. Advise members what is wrong with the vehicle and offer different options to fix it. Benefits include: Health Insurance, paid vacation, & bonus opportunities for commissions. Pay Range $900.00-1100.00 Hourly Rate + Commissions, paid weekly, with opportunities for growth. Paid per call, and per battery installed plus hourly pay. The busier it is the more you make.
