The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to assist across departments.Key Responsibilities – AR Specialist:Manage tenant billings and accounts receivableInput leases into internal softwareMaintain and update rent rollUtilize Excel for formulas, summaries, and totalsHandle chargebacks and maintain AR scheduleProcess miscellaneous invoices and billingsAssist with other billing functions as neededProvide support to Accounts Payable when requiredQualifications – AR Specialist:Previous AR experience: Real Estate/Property Management industry preferredAssociates or Bachelors in Accounting highly preferredExcel: Formulas, Summaries, and Totals (experience required)Flexible and willing to assist where neededLearns quickly and able to utilize resourcesPositive, proactive attitudeCollaborative team player mindset#INMAR2026
