Responsible for creating new applications, enhancing existing systems, and ensuring high‑quality integration across healthcare data platforms.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop new software modules and enhance existing applications using Caché MUMPS, Caché ObjectScript, and OOP methodologies.Build and maintain healthcare interoperability workflows including HL7, IHE profiles, CCD/CDA/CCDA document processing, and API‑based data exchange.Architect, implement, and support solutions on Intersystems HealthShare, Ensemble, and Caché platforms.Manage API integrations, interface engines, and data transformation pipelines.Support full‑stack development using LAMP (PHP), MySQL, MS SQL, and cloud‑based services on Google Cloud Platform.Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of clinical data flows.Looking for someone who has “been there done there” with React/ Next.JS/ Typescript on the frontend and/or FastAPI/ Postgres for backend systems.
