We are looking for a Backend Python Engineer for our client — a global medical technology company focused on removing barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
What you will do
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
Design scalable microservices and contribute to system architecture improvements.
Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features.
Work with MySQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
Enhance system performance, reliability, security, and documentation.
What we are looking for
Strong Python skills with solid OOP experience and proficiency in FastAPI and Pydantic .
At least 3 years of experience in backend development.
Hands-on experience with relational databases, especially MySQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and good command of English.
