We are seeking a motivated, professionally meticulous Litigation Associate to join our primary team in Cranston, RI. This is a role for an attorney who is not just "looking for a job," but who is passionate about the art of litigation and property law. You will be expected to possess both the character and common sense to manage a case from initial assessment through to a successful trial verdict. Key Responsibilities* Full Case Management: Take absolute ownership of litigation files, navigating the process from pre-suit investigation and initial assessment through discovery, motions, and trial. * Advocacy & Trial Work: Represent high-profile clients in courtrooms across Rhode Island (and Massachusetts, if dual-licensed), demonstrating sharp legal writing and oral advocacy skills. * Strategic Counsel: Communicate effectively with sophisticated business owners and property stakeholders, providing clear, actionable legal advice. * Collaboration: Work alongside a team of elite legal professionals in our Cranston headquarters to maintain the firm's reputation for excellence.Required Qualifications* Admission: Active RI Bar Admission is Required.
