3rd Shift Assembler IIJoin our team as an Assembler II, where you will be at the core of our production line. This role focuses on the back end and box-build assembly of products, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are shipped on schedule. Your expertise in electro-mechanical assembly will directly contribute to our operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesAssemble products and systems according to detailed instructions, including visual aids.Utilize various tools such as torque drivers and hardware to meet production rate goals.Manage inventory by receiving and storing incoming materials using the FIFO system.Scan required components from locations like flow racks, bins, or Kanban.Maintain proficiency and certifications in operations such as Assembler I, Router, Press Fit, RTV, DF Pre-Kitting, Hi-Pot Test, Bundle Kitting, and Pack-Out.Perform physical inventory counts and execute the purge process as needed.Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years experience in electro-mechanical assembly.Experience with hand tools and assembling small, complex assemblies.PC skills including the operation of a personal computer and related software.Ability to read, write, and comprehend correspondence and visual aids.Strong math skills for calculating parts quantities and computing rates, ratios, and percentages.Problem-solving skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Effective communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of electronic manufacturing and PC board assembly is preferred.Long-term contract to hire opportunity.Why Work Here?Be part of a dynamic team where your skills and contributions are valued.
