The Equipment Technician Supervisor will be a key member of Ingot's main equipment and technician management and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth equipment operation.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for tasks related to equipment maintenance.Manpower management including technician attendance evaluation, work performance supervision and evaluation, etc.Prioritize staffing tasks, monitor progress, revise schedules, resolve problems and report results.Coordinate work with other departments related to equipment maintenance.Responsible for equipment technology technician recruitment and training development.Prepare reports for scheduled meetings.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in electrical and mechanical engineering or related engineering fields.More than 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance.Experienced in manufacturing production equipment maintenance and automation equipment related fields.Ability to troubleshoot when equipment breaks down.Experienced in managing human resources of 30 or more people.A person with leadership skills such as good interpersonal relationships with team members.A person who can interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).Preferred QualificationsBilingual in Chinese or Korean preferred.Electrical and mechanical license holders.Experience in the semiconductor or photovoltaic industry.Hanwha Q CELLS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
