They have a highly sought-after company culture and an executive leadership team with a compelling mission to reshape the landscape through innovative products and services.Your Responsibilities as a Leader:Lead complex, solution-based sales efforts across long, multifamily sales cyclesEngage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, owners, and asset managersLeverage multifamily expertise to target owner-operators (5K–20K units) and expand into large fee managersDrive strategic growth, including scaling and developing a high-performing sales organizationOperate effectively within Salesforce and modern SaaS/PropTech environmentsAct with an entrepreneurial, multi-hat mindset—owning outcomes in a lean, fast-moving organizationThe Skills & Experience You Possess:3–5+ years of multifamily experience requiredProven success in solution selling with long, complex sales cyclesSkilled at engaging C-suite, owners, asset managers, and site teamsPlayer-coach mindset with hands-on revenue ownershipCoachable, humble, and team-oriented.
