LOD1 Credit – Process Manager

Join us, and get better with every move.Objective of the role (Why)The primary mission of the department is to manage and develop the LOD1 credit risk across Ayvens Group. This includes:Contribution to all credit risk projects and initiativesCentral supervision of credit processes around the world, of which ensuring quality, efficiency, productivityOwnership of the process for credit files outside local credit authoritiesThe outsourcing of credit assessments (LOD1) from local Ayvens entities to the Ayvens Shared Service Centre (AY SSC).Areas Of Responsibilities (What)GovernanceLOD1 responsible for all required reporting and (proposing of) decisions within AyvensTogether with LOD2, own and improve the credit risk controls, data, models and policiesPropose the credit risk appetite from LOD1 / CommerceProcessEnsure insights in the processing time of credit files within and outside Ayvens delegation and share with the relevant stakeholdersDiscussions with other SG business units on credit filesConsolidation of credit files outside Ayvens INT PCRU to simplify processSpeed-up where possible decisions on credit files within SG GroupSimplify the credit process where possible, incl. taking a leading role in implementing IT solutions.ProjectsContribute to central projects related to credit riskInitiate projects in alignment with other stakeholdersCompetencies (How)Execute projects for business and risk processes automatizationIncrease Risk AwarenessProduce progress reports and presentations, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with all necessary departments/countriesDeliver the product/solution and keep ownership on it and internally market the added value of the solutionDrive the change and ensure solutions are usedLOD1 Credit RiskParticipate in building connections between SG, Commercial Department, AY SSC and Risk department through the projects’ initiation and management with IT and Risk.Credit Risk Banking RelationshipTo be a part of Credit Risk Department discussions and projectsAs team memberCarry out any other such duties as the company may reasonably expect from time to time.Participation in the operation of the International commercial Team:Active participation in all meetings of the teamBrand Promotion AYVENS Automotive internally and externallyCoaching of colleagues, both AYVENS International and marketsJob Requirements (Who)Personal characteristicsCustomer focused, results oriented and highly self-motivatedPersuasive, clear, and diplomatic communicatorInvestigative persistence, fast learnerTeam playerDigitally minded, extensive knowledge of reporting and analyticsReady for change and flexibleProactive attitude, lead by doingStakeholder Relationship Capabilities, good at maintaining a positive dialogue at all levelsAbility to work under tight deadlines and commitment to deliverEye for detailEducation / knowledgeMinimum BA Degree from related field like economics, financeKnowledge of risk subjects and regulator’s requirementsAt least 5+ years’ experience in credit risk managementExperience with SG credit process would be an assetProcess/project design/management experienceSkillsFluent EnglishMicrosoft Power BI, Excel high proficiencyPeople skillsExperienceExperience in international roleRelevant working experienceData management experienceShould be business-drivenWhy Ayvens?
