Payroll Specialist

Position: Payroll SpecialistCompany: First Source Worldwide, LLCLocation: Neenah, WIPay : From $25 an hourJob type: Part-timeOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting and experience with payroll systems, including ADP Workforce Now. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for compiling and entering payroll data including calculating and maintaining all wage garnishments. The Specialist promotes the values of the organization with a high degree of ethics and integrity.Duties:Enter new employees in ADP.Process all employee status changes in ADP.Maintain and understand payroll benefit policies and deductions in ADP, including monitoring information for annual ACA reporting.Maintain and verify employee time off balances and policies.Process bi-weekly payroll.Work with ADP and state revenue services as needed with tax changes.Run reports in ADP as needed, distribute weekly and monthly reports to management.Process all payroll related reporting.Process all monthly commissions.Qualifications/Skills:Associate’s degree or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive/confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.Eager for internal growth and development.Ability to work independently or in a team environment.Organized and efficient; must be able to follow instructions and multi-task.Experience with payroll processing preferred.Must understand payroll systems or is technology minded to utilize a pay system to its fullest.Innovative thinker with proven problem-solving skills.Technology minded understanding digital file structure, organization, and maintenance.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new software/systems.Your First Source for chemicals and colorants.
