Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing schedules and budgets, and collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The Traveling Superintendent will also provide on-site problem-solving and manage resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.QualificationsStrong construction management expertise, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationProven leadership and team coordination skills to manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of safety and compliance standards, including OSHA, EM 385, and related certificationsTechnical understanding of construction practices, including renovations, healthcare projects, and design-build methodologyExperience with renovation construction in medical facilities is highly advantageousStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlinesExceptional communication and organizational skills for maintaining clear project documentation and reportingProficiency with construction management software and tools such as ProCore, P6, and RMS. Must be adaptable and willing to travel as required for project needs
