Architect and implement sophisticated backup and recovery strategies to ensure zero-loss data integrity for mission-critical assets. Conduct deep-dive performance optimization sessions, diagnosing bottlenecks using AWR, ADDM, and ASH to keep systems running at peak efficiency. Manage Oracle Advanced Security environments and configure Oracle Data Guard for seamless disaster recovery and high availability. Collaborate directly with developers on schema design, object creation, and PL/SQL scripting to streamline application workflows.What You'll Need 3+ years of heavy-lifting Oracle DBA experience, including fresh installations and memory structure configuration. Mastery of database monitoring and diagnostic tools including AWR, ADDM, ASH, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). Deep technical proficiency in Linux/Unix command-line environments and Windows Server administration. Active Secret security clearance and a CompTIA Security+ certification (required).
