Optics Manufacturing Engineer / Second Shift

Overview In this role you will enable the production of high-precision optical components for defense applications, applying grinding, polishing, and lean manufacturing to deliver reliable systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and sustain manufacturing and test plans, drive continuous improvement, and optimize processes using data and advanced metrology. The position combines hands-on support for optical operators with program-level planning for NRE and full-rate production. This role is central to delivering best-in-class optics for missions with manufacturing rigor and quality focus.
