The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with current clients, identifying new business opportunities, and securing strategic staffing contracts. This hybrid position allows for remote work flexibility while facilitating in-office collaboration to drive Isoftech’s growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Lead business development initiatives focused on securing new staffing contracts in federal civilian and commercial sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing federal and commercial clients, ensuring consistent communication and a deep understanding of their staffing needs.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to drive growth.Act as a Capture Specialist for strategic pursuits, aligning staffing opportunities with Isoftech’s growth objectives.Conduct regular opportunity reviews, providing accurate and timely updates on pipeline progress and action plans.Prepare forecasts, track opportunity targets, and maintain detailed records of accounts and business development activities.Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance Isoftech’s visibility and potential for new partnerships.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.Proven ability to succeed in results-oriented, milestone-based business development processes.Exceptional diplomatic and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and partners.Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals.Demonstrated flexibility and self-motivation, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative team player mentality, engaging across all phases of the business development lifecycle.Ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.Documented track record of securing new businesses as both a prime contractor and subcontractor in federal and commercial staffing sectors.Preferred Experience:Prior experience in business development within the IT staffing or technology services industry, particularly focused on federal civilian contracts.Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools to effectively track and manage business development efforts.Understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and federal contract vehicles is a plus.Why Isoftech?Isoftech offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where your business development skills will be valued and rewarded.
