If you're a technical leader with extensive expertise in network engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure automation, this is your chance to make a significant impact and advance your career with a forward-thinking network automation strategy in a high-availability SaaS environment.Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for network configuration deployment.Drive adoption of \"Network-as-Code\" and GitOps practices.Serve as Tier 4 SME addressing complex routing and overlay issues.Build next-generation telemetry, auto-remediation platforms, and automation solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network operations and scalability.Lead strategic automation architecture and provide technical guidance during critical incident responses.Qualifications8+ years of experience in Network Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).Expertise in large-scale automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Ansible, Terraform, Python (Netmiko, Nornir, NAPALM).Mastery of SDN/overlay technologies: VXLAN, OVN, Project Calico.Proficiency in enterprise routing with CCIE-level knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN.Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, Versa SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 BIG-IP (AS3), Cloudflare APIs, Octavia LBaaS.Deep Linux internals: namespaces, eBPF/iptables, kernel routing.Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD platforms: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.Advanced troubleshooting skills: tcpdump, Wireshark, NetFlow, log (s)VoIP, SIP peering/trunking, SBC (Session Border Controller).Key DetailsEmployment Type: Contract-to-HireCompensation: $80 – $90 hourlyBenefits (Contract): LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
