Learning And Development Program ManagerMeet with internal and external clients to assess learning needs, translate business objectives into practical, learner-centered solutions, and support proposal development. Manage operational aspects of programs and projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction, including coordination of training and session delivery. Co-design programs and collaborate with the Associate Director of Executive Professional Development. Design and develop client proposals and creative content to support outreach, engagement, and business development initiatives. Assist in developing course materials and facilitate executive education sessions and participate in client and stakeholder meetings to establish expectations, timelines, and success measures. Gather and analyze program and participant data to inform continuous improvement and support program success. Perform other related duties as assigned.
