Job Id: ATTJP00040110 Title: Marketing Support Manager Duration: 12 Months+ (Good possibility of extension) Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: *** Local candidates only, mostly remote but there will be times they will be required to go into the office. *** Manager asks that the candidate(s) have agency experience. Potential in-person office once a week. Could expand to five days a week based on project/deliverable needs Top 5 Skills: 1. Must be highly organized and enjoys juggling multiple projects at a time 2. Able to develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports 3. Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively. 4. Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders 5. Intermediate to expert level skills with Client, Project Management tools (i.e., Workfront, QuickBase) and Adobe Creative suite desired. Additional Details: 1. Support ad hoc collateral requests. 2. Post electronic files to internal storage and file delivery systems. 3. Intermediate to expert level skills with online PM tools (i.e., Workfront, QuickBase) or other tools. 4. Work and follow up with project lead on issues and status. Must be diligent, proactive, and work professionally with all personnel and contractors to reach a valid, timely and satisfactory conclusion. Must be able to substantiate work products. 5. Highly accomplished in working with all functions of MS Outlook email client and MS Office. 6. Participate in team meetings and then follow-up with meeting tasks and to do lists. 7. Data entry and database management must be highly accurate. 8. Process daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly , all jobs are completed as prescribed and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion. 9. Review, follow-up and validate all milestone deliverables with contractors in a timely manner. 10. Communicate and accurately convey information to all relevant stakeholders in a concise and clear manner.
