Dreaming Code Internship Program Dreaming Code's Boston office is looking for motivated interns to dive into web design/development, project management, hosting, email hosting, cloud computing, and digital marketing. Interns will gain hands-on experience and grow with the team. Internship sessions: Fall, Spring & Summer – each 10 weeks long. Fall and Spring are part-time (up to 15 hours per week). Summer is full-time (up to 40 hours per week). Application deadlines vary by semester. Course credit may be available if your program allows. Client Relations Coordinator Dreaming Code seeks a reliable Client Relations Coordinator to join our small, hardworking team immediately. The CRC will undertake administrative tasks, communicate directly with clients, and support our internal project management team members and global partners. Position Roles & Responsibilities Located in the Boston area and able to work in our office. Experience working under tight deadlines. Frequent communication with clients via phone, email, and conference calls to assess needs and document interactions. Create instruction materials for the team to perform functions required for each client account. Collaborate with internal global partners to create, manage, and track tasks tailored to client needs. Participate in performance improvement measures when action is required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Business. 1-3 years of work or internship experience in technology, business, marketing, or client relations. Excellent communication and customer service skills, energetic and eager to learn. Computer proficient; ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone, email, and text. The Person Most Fit For This Position Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
