As an Armed Patrol Officer in a residential community, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist residents and guests with professional customer service. You will monitor access points, respond to calls for service, document observations, and communicate clearly with your team. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential buildings, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Control access at gates, lobbies, and other entry points by verifying identification, logging visitors, and directing foot and vehicle traffic according to property guidelines. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when required and assisting with incident scene control until relieved. Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns, complete detailed security-related reports, and communicate updates to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements: Have 2+ years of Armed Security Experience. Possess an Armed Guard Card/License. Have 6 month of Law Enforcement,Corrections, and Military Experience. Be 21+ Years of Age. Must possess a guard card Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
