Additionally, our Cleartec and Beckett Packaging lines provide versatile solutions for product protection, storage, and retail packaging for diverse markets like cosmetics, toys, and industrial tools.Role DescriptionThe Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and customer success efforts in a full-time, on-site role located in Farmington, MO or Chesterfield, MO. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients, generating and following up on leads, and actively driving revenue through strategic account management. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with teams, track sales metrics, and ensure a seamless customer experience for clients across a range of industries.QualificationsProficiency in Inside Sales, including developing and executing sales strategiesStrong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring exceptional client experiencesExperience with Lead Generation and building a robust pipeline of potential customersSkills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationshipsDemonstrated success in Sales and achieving revenue goalsAbility to work on-site in Farmington, MOEffective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferredEssential Functions:Locate potential customers using research, directories and marketing efforts. Contact customers by telephone, e-mail and personal visits.Communicate verbally and through written correspondence with customers regarding their inquiries for pricing, products, applications, information, quotes, etc.Build annual business plan for the region with monthly and quarterly updates.Attend sales meetings and occasional trade shows.Make sales trips within assigned territory as necessary to develop existing customers and to prospect for new accounts.
