The Solution Network Team is seeking a Program Management Intern to support various projects and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects for the Solution Exchange, contribute to process optimization efforts, and collaborate closely with team members to drive impactful outcomes. The internship provides hands-on experience in program management and a chance to develop key skills in teamwork, project leadership, and process improvement.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Lead and contribute to multiple projects throughout the internship, including initiatives for the Solution Exchange.Assist with process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate closely with team members on the Solution Network team to achieve project goals.Required Education and ExperienceCurrently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as business or a related discipline.Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.Strong preference of junior, senior, and graduate-level students.Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHighly motivated and self-directed.Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groupsStrong interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships.Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism.Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting.Able to work on a broad variety of projects.Adaptable to changing needs and situations.Ability to establish credibility and trust.Who We AreOneStream is how today's Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further by steering the business to the future.
