The Head Soccer Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing soccer training programs, leading team practices, overseeing player development, and managing game day strategies. The role includes maintaining clear and effective communication with players, coaching staff, and stakeholders, as well as fostering a supportive team environment. Additional responsibilities may include evaluating player performance and ensuring adherence to organizational values and policies. Qualifications Strong expertise in Soccer Coaching and Football, including experience developing training plans and leading teamsExceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and connect with players and coaching staffExperience in Coaching and Education, with the ability to guide players both on and off the fieldOrganizational and leadership skills to manage team operations and foster a positive team cultureKnowledge of safety protocols and adherence to fair play principlesRelevant certifications in soccer coaching, U.S. Soccer licensing, or equivalent qualificationsPassion for player development and promoting teamwork
