From fulfillment and shipping to inventory and member communications, this role helps keep our mission moving forward smoothly and efficiently.If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to support an organization dedicated to therapy dogs and the people they serve—this may be your perfect fit.What You'll Be DoingMember Communications & SupportServe as a friendly, first point of contact for member questions via phone and emailRespond to inquiries with professionalism and care, routing complex issues to the right team membersManage correspondence related to certificates, visit documentation, appreciation requests, and general member needsSupport members, Tester/Observers, and facilities with a warm, service-oriented approach that reflects our valuesFulfillment & Shipping (a.k.a. Making the Magic Happen)Handle daily outbound fulfillment including Shopify orders, T/O packets, handbooks, applications, booth and promotional materialsProcess incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments on behalf of staffEnsure the right items go out the door—on time and accuratelyInventory & Supply ManagementKeep merchandise and office supplies organized, stocked, and easy to findMonitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests on schedulePrepare packets, certificates, tags, and other materials that keep operations running smoothlyGeneral OperationsParticipate in cross-training to support team coverage and continuityLend a paw with other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Executive DirectorWhat We're Looking ForInterpersonal & Communication SkillsFriendly, patient, and professional in all interactionsComfortable communicating with members, Tester/Observers, board members, and staffAble to balance warmth with accuracy and efficiencyOrganization & Work StyleExceptionally organized with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to independently manage recurring tasksEnjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative teamTechnical SkillsProficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systemsExperience with order fulfillment platforms (like Shopify) or shipping systems is a plusExperience with CRM or membership databases preferredContent KnowledgeInterest in therapy dogs and animal-assisted activities strongly preferredWillingness to learn and follow organizational rules, procedures, and philosophyWhy Join Our Pack?You'll be part of a mission-driven organization where your work directly supports therapy dog teams making a positive difference every day.
