Bilingual Customer Service Receptionist

Imagen Entertainment is looking for a charismatic and proactive team member to make reservations, generate sales and answer requests in a professional environment. This position is responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to celebrate special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) at Escapade and Stampede Houston by offering the different party packages that the venue offers. Requirements: Outgoing and enjoy dealing with people. Have a good speaking voice, be friendly and persuasive; selling the benefits of the venue. The ideal candidate will also be patient and be able to deal with customer complaints and concerns. Essential duties and Responsibilities: Proficient in Spanish and English Excellent communication and presentation skills Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints Persistent and results-oriented Patient and able to handle customer rejection or complaints Answer incoming calls from prospective customers Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements Communicate all aspects of promotions and special events Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 per hour Work Location: In person
