4-Day Work Week! Mon-Thur 3:00pm - 1:30am

As a new Team member at Close the Loop, you will be trained to:
Operate a variety of size reducing equipment such as Granulators, Shedders and Mixers
Assisting in Water System Maintenance
Sorting Various Materials & Quality Inspections on Intake Feeds
Utilizing a hand truck, conveying equipment, and/or other handling equipment to move materials and finished product
Assisting in daily housecleaning activities to ensure your work environment is clean, orderly, and free of slip/trip hazards
Work in other departments if needed
Communicate throughout all levels of the Company
Read and understand policies, procedures, and training materials
Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following necessary safety procedures
As a new Team member, you will be:
Focused on teamwork
Flexible and willing to cross train
Capable of standing for extended periods of time
Capable of passing a background check and drug test
Able to lift 20+ pounds
