Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Title Processor located in Somerville, NJ, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The Title Processor will be responsible for managing and preparing title documentation, ensuring the accuracy of title commitments, and coordinating escrow transactions. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, the Title Processor will process and record legal documents and assist with day-to-day operations to maintain seamless transaction processes. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and various stakeholders.Knowledge of Escrow and Notary services with experience handling title and real estate settlement processes.Basic Accounting skills to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions related to escrow and settlement services.Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills for document preparation and compliance monitoring.Proficiency with relevant software and tools commonly used in real estate and title processing is a plus.Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and effectively manage time and responsibilities both on-site and remotely.
