W2 Hiring No visa sponsorship availableWe're looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team and support critical business and technology initiatives.Employment: Full-Time (W2)Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement scalable Java-based applications and REST APIs.Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance to team members.Build and integrate systems across enterprise platforms and applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.Support CI/CD, DevOps, and troubleshooting of production issues.Drive modernization and migration initiatives.Required Skills:8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.Strong understanding of object-oriented design and distributed systems.Experience with SQL and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and version control (Git).Proven experience leading development teams and enterprise-scale projects.Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
