Lead Shop Mechanic

Job Description Lead Shop MechanicJob Responsibilities• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of light, mediumand heavy equipment and machinery including dump trucks,skid loaders, lifts, pickup trucks and trailers• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspensionand brakes• Maintain vehicle records• Perform routine maintenance• Change tires• Maintain a clean and professional work environment includingtools, equipment, shop and service truck• Respond to service calls for breakdownsRequirements• Previous truck and equipment experience including a wideknowledge and strong understanding of diesel enginecomponents, systems, and repair procedures• The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively• Close attention to detail, multi-task and work efficiently• Excellent communication skills• DOT certification (or willing to obtain)• Valid driver's license• CDLPay based on experienceBenefitsARR Constructions offers competitive pay along with a generous benefit package including company paid health insurance, life insurance, dental and short-term disability.
