The mission is to ensure SAP S/4HANA solutions align with "clean core" principles and drive operational efficiency for a large-scale energy sector client.Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA MM solutions.Configure procurement processes including Purchase Requisitions, Subcontracting, Consignment, and External Services.Manage inventory parameters, batch management, special stocks, and physical inventory cycle counting.Own the integration of MM with FI, CO, WM/EWM, and PP to ensure accurate financial postings.Author functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP teams on development and testing.Mentor offshore/onshore teams while acting as the primary client-facing lead for the Procurement domain.Top 3 Required Skills:SAP S/4HANA MM & P2P Expertise (8–10 years)RICEFW Development & ABAP Collaboration (8–10 years)MM Integration with FI/CO/WM/PP (8–10 years)Additional Desired Skills:SAP PM and EPPM/PS objects (Maintenance orders, WBS)SAP Fiori app enablement for ProcurementEnergy Industry ExperienceCertification in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and ProcurementIdeal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a high-level functional expert (Level 8) with a deep technical understanding of integration points and a polished, client-facing presence.
