Specializing in occupied space reconstruction, our suite of brands caters to specific market segments, ensuring exceptional results and unparalleled growth opportunities for our employees.What We Offer:Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, discretionary PTO policy, and a vehicle allowance.Opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organization with a promising future.Support and mentorship from seasoned leaders, with ample room for personal growth in this role.Positive and enriching team culture that values and recognizes outstanding work.Key Responsibilities:Attend site inspections and generate detailed scopes of work using Procore & EB (experience preferred)When provided, carefully examine blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to understand scope of workDetermine quantities and costs of all necessary materials, labor, equipment and subcontractorsObtain quotes from subcontractors, suppliers, etc.Analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with current market pricing and determine the most competitive and reliable optionsIdentify potential site hazards during inspectionsContemplate means and methods required to perform the project/workEnsure all work meets industry-leading SLA standards. e.g. estimate turnaround times, conversion of estimates into revenue, etc.Work closely with account management team to liaise with clients to explain estimates and scopes of workOccasionally attend client pitches and presentations to convert estimates to revenueEstablish and expand local subcontractor and supplier lists/relationshipsTake ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.Provide regular communication using estimating management software.Attend weekly sales/estimating meeting to ensure conversion of estimates into revenueKey Selection Criteria:Minimum 3-5 years' estimating experienceProven drive, energy, and motivation.Ability to think creatively and solve problems.Desire to potentially work towards a partnership.Knowledge of construction trades and industry standards.Core Logic Procore experience.Prior occupied space reconstruction experience preferred.Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Current motor vehicle license.Apply Today!If you are eager to advance your career and enhance your leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
