Server Validation Engineer

Now Hiring: Senior Hardware / QA Sustaining Engineer — Plano, TX (Onsite)This is a contract to hire role.Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives in the lab? We’re looking for someone who can validate enterprise-class server hardware, dive deep into failure analysis, and keep complex platforms running at peak reliability.What You’ll DoValidate server components (CPU, memory, storage, PCIe, power).Run stress, margin, and qualification testing.Lead Level 3 root-cause failure analysis.Drive ECO/PCN updates and lifecycle improvements.Collaborate with design, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.We’d love to meet you if you have:✔ Hands-on experience validating servers, processors, memory, storage, and power subsystems ✔ Strong debug skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, bus analyzers ✔ Knowledge of Intel/AMD server CPU families, PCIe, SATA/SAS, IPMI/BMC, RAID ✔ Experience in root cause analysis, detailed documentation, and hardware sustaining ✔ Comfort working onsite in a hardware lab — building, testing, breaking, fixing ✔ A valid U.S. Passport (international engagements possible)Please send an updated resume with contact info for consideration
