Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Palm Beach, FL. The Assistant Manager will support retail operations, assist with store management, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store functions, managing inventory, assisting with staff training, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining high standards of service and store presentation. The role will involve collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and deliver the luxury experience associated with the Kiton brand. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.Proven experience in retail operations, sales, and customer relationship management.Proficiency in inventory management and familiarity with retail business systems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure operational efficiency.Prior experience in the luxury retail or fashion industry is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
