About the Role
As a Lead Data Center Technical Instructor, you will spearhead the development and execution of specialized training programs focused on low-voltage infrastructure and structured cabling within mission-critical environments. You will drive operational excellence by equipping technical teams with the hands-on expertise and industry-standard methodologies required to maintain high-availability facilities.
Responsibilities
Design and facilitate comprehensive technical curricula tailored to the unique demands of data center infrastructure and critical systems.
Translate complex technical requirements into scalable learning modules that improve technician proficiency and site reliability.
Establish rigorous training standards and governance frameworks to ensure consistent performance across all technical teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional business units to conduct needs assessments and bridge critical knowledge gaps.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics and continuous improvement cycles.
Mentor field staff on best practices for structured cabling, low-voltage systems, and facility maintenance protocols.
