Process Operator Opportunity in MorrisDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading ethanol production company located in Morris, MN. We are seeking candidates for Process Operator roles to work the 12-hour night shift. Compensation for this direct-hire opportunity ranges between $35,000-$55,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!What you will do as a Process Operator:Ensure that the process is operated in a safe, timely, and cost-effective mannerCommunicate regularly with all operators, both individually and as a group, to ensure consistent operation among the shiftsMaintain and update operating procedures and training manuals for process operationsWork with plant DCS and PLC control systemsResponsible for taking daily logs on all plant equipmentWork with milling, conveying, and fermentation processing equipmentField monitor equipment and help troubleshoot plant operation issuesSample and test process streams as required by the QA program and proceduresCommunicate directly with the Maintenance Department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areasAssist with diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance-related issuesWhat you need to be a Process Operator:2-year college degree; technical/vocational school or military background; or 3+ years of work experienceBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work effectively with a computerized maintenance management systemEffective oral and written communication skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be familiar with and understand city, county, state, and federal regulations relating to process operationsDon't miss out on this opportunity!
