Job Title: Youth Mentor (In-Person & Virtual)💰 Pay Rate: $18–22/hrAbout the RoleAcewall Scholars Mentoring Program is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of youth through structured mentoring and guidance. We are looking for motivated individuals passionate about supporting young people. ResponsibilitiesSupport and mentor youth aged 5–20 years Plan activities to develop mentees’ life skills and broaden perspectives Follow individual mentee action plans Maintain professionalism, consistency, and motivation Complete monthly progress reports Attend virtual staff and review meetings Submit required documentation on time Service Areas📍 In-Person: Richmond VA, Cumberland County, Nottoway County, Prince Edward County, Chesterfield VA, Henrico VA, Chester VA🌐 Virtual: Available online (remote mentoring option) RequirementsHigh school diploma or higher Must successfully complete a standard background check (required for working with minors) Must meet all legal eligibility requirements for Youth program participation Reliable transportation (for in-person roles) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
