Floating BCBA - AZ, TX, VA, WA

A company is looking for a Floating Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various tools Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA; strong preference for candidates licensed in AZ Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with demonstrated clinical outcomes Active BCBA certification and ability to pass a background check required At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs
