We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Summary As an LPN at Concierge Health, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing direct patient care and assisting with various medical procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioners. Your role will involve working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide clinical services, to include the following: take vitals, height & weight, obtain history of patient, phlebotomy, specimen handling, prepare and administer injections/treatments, ensure safe delivery of IV infusions, and patient data entry. Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records. Perform front office services, to include the following: bookkeeping, patient check in/check out, filing, referrals, phone triage, and scheduling. Perform back office services, to include the following: instrument maintenance and sterilization, room stocking, administration of topical and subcutaneous and intramuscular medications. Respond to patient needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Completion of an accredited LPN program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Proven experience as an LPN in a clinical setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Computer Skills Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working within electronic health record systems.
