After-School STEAM Class Instructor

Athena Coding is a premier afterschool enrichment company looking for part time instructors to teach after-school STEAM classes for kids ages 6-12. Our classes are hosted at local schools in and around the area, anywhere from 1-5 times a week running with the same group of students for several weeks. Materials and lesson plans are provided to support your teaching. We have classes in Minecraft Coding, Jewelry Making, AI, Yoga, Dungeons & Dragons, Roblox Coding, LEGO and more. Responsibilities: Manage a classroom of 10-15 children while making sure they're safe, secure, and having a ton of fun. Lead engaging enrichment activities for students with the provided curriculum. Teach your preferred subject in a fun exploratory way; no need to be an expert. We're looking for someone with: An upbeat, empathetic, and friendly character. A passion for working with children.
