ResponsibilitiesData Conversion Systems Analyst in Smithfield, RI. The Analyst supports data conversion solutions by improving the conversion process in partnership with internal IT and external business partners. Acting as the primary advocate and liaison for both on-shore and off-shore developers, the Analyst is accountable for their work while receiving mentorship from Senior Associates.RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience with demonstrable understanding of the data conversion implementation processes—including analysis, design, problem resolution, and planningExperience in Financial Services, Banking, 401(k), Defined Contribution, Mixed Election, Retirement funds is highly preferredSolid grasp of the Investment industry is neededSpecialist in Microsoft Excel, with solid grasp of Microsoft Word and Microsoft AccessExperience in data transmission protocols (such as SFTP, TSO, etc.) is highly preferredPayThe pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role.
