Studio & Growth Manager

A boutique creative and production studio is looking for a Studio & Growth Manager to join our team. This role is built for a "Builder" at heart—someone who thrives at the intersection of high-end creative operations and strategic business expansion. You will be the engine that keeps our internal workflows running like clockwork while simultaneously acting as a growth engine to help us scale our partnerships with established, global beauty and lifestyle brands. Responsibilities Growth & Partnerships: Actively identify and pursue new client partnerships within the lifestyle, beauty, and premium consumer sectors. You will leverage our existing reputation with world-renowned global names to initiate contact, build networks, and lead the sales process—from initial outreach to drafting tailored proposals and estimates. Studio Operations: Act as the central hub of internal operations. You will monitor daily workflows, manage resource allocation, and ensure our production remains stable, efficient, and meets our high aesthetic standards. Scaling & Recruitment: Play a critical role in our scaling efforts by sourcing top-tier creative talent. You will conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews for both permanent team members and a rotating roster of elite freelancers. Production Hand-off: Facilitate a seamless transition from a signed proposal to active production, working closely with our production leads to ensure the creative vision is preserved. Ideal Background Experience: 4–7 years of experience in a fast-paced creative agency, production house, or branding studio. Sector Expertise: Proven track record working within the Prestige Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury sectors. You must understand the specific visual language and communication standards required by high-profile global brands. The "Builder" Mentality: Experience building or optimizing internal processes and a genuine hunger for business development. Communication: A natural talent for high-level networking and the ability to clearly articulate the strategic value of world-class creative work. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with agency operations and CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).Compensation Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Performance Bonus: Significant incentives and commissions tied directly to new business generated and studio growth milestones.
